Hi y’all, I’m Maggie! I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m a Los Angeles based content creator, public relations specialist, lifestyle expert, wife, and mommy to two beautiful babes. I’ve been featured on KTLA and Mother Magazine sharing parenting tips, real-life mom experiences, and product recommendations geared toward young parents. My blog is my small corner of the internet to share ways I’m working to simplify and beautify my life and connect with other modern mommies. Here, I post about everything mommy-baby related, in addition to my personal passions for travel, cooking, fashion, fitness, and mental health awareness. Whatever brought you here, I hope you’re able to find something that inspires you to live better and brighter today – whether its a new recipe, ideas for date night, a new favorite outfit, or tips on how to squeeze in personal self-care in a house full of toddlers!

Currently, I own a small public relations consultancy, Rose Public Relations, and I’ve had the opportunity to represent some of the most sought-after hotels and restaurants around the world. I’m also currently pursuing my longtime dream of working in television. I was the lead co-anchor of my high school’s television news show and earned my degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Texas. During an entertainment news internship in LA, I had the outstanding opportunity to personally interview many A-list celebrities at Hollywood movie premiers and special events. I graduated college during the recession, which caused me to switch media paths to PR. It was while representing luxury hospitality brands that I had the opportunity to be immersed in some of the world’s finest culinary and travel experiences, and I learned to forever seek and appreciate the exceptional.
I’m originally from Texas, which explains my penchant for Southern hospitality and entertaining, college football (Hook ’em, Horns!), and breakfast tacos, but I have fully embraced and love all that California has to offer. I’m a regular at the beach, and I love hiking, dining alfresco at local restaurants, and anything that involves being outdoors in our sunny SoCal weather. Our family feels blessed to call this beautiful part of the country home.
Growing up, my family moved several times, so writing, dance and musical theater were the ways I made new friends and expressed myself. I’ve been keeping a journal since I was 7 years old (I have over 20 handwritten volumes!), so writing has always been a passion of mine. I discovered at an early age through reading and participating in local theater that storytelling is one of the most impactful (and fun!) ways of connecting with people, so I’ve always known I would have a career in media and communications.
I’m actively pursuing more writing, video, and TV opportunities, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s potential to work together. Curious to know if we could partner? Just ask! I’d love to connect!
XO Maggie
